All respondents were asked, “Given the debate over global warming and
greenhouse gas emissions, which of the following descriptions best
describes your views on the issue of global climate change?”

|
Twenty-one percent of respondents when asked concerning the issues of
global warming and greenhouse gases, stated that this is a real problem.
Significant figures were noted in Indiana and Minnesota.
|
|
Over half (52%) of respondents stated that this issue is overblown.
Significantly increased response rates were noted in Illinois. |
|
Only 12% of respondents stated that this is a serious problem. On
the other hand, 11% of respondents stated that this is an imaginary
problem.
